Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy

There are absolutely NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on Apparel and Digital Download items.  Apparel and other physical merchandise are shipped in a pre-sealed polybag in pristine condition. 

INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC orders are shipped (9) days after an order has been received.  If your package is damaged or misplaced en route to you, please file a claim with the postal service.  Packages that are shipped are no longer the care of Balance Project fulfillment services, and is now the responsibility of the Carrier.
